Mechanism of Action Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of Omeprazole and a potent PPI. It irreversibly inhibits the hydrogen-potassium ATPase enzyme (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells, directly suppressing acid secretion regardless of stimulus β providing potent, sustained acid control.
Instructions to Take
- Take 30β60 minutes before breakfast
